George Post & Company / ITRA exclusively serves corporate clients relative to their real estate needs. The firm specializes in providing tenant representation to users of office space in major United States and international markets, with a network of nationwide offices. By limiting its services to the representation of corporate clients, the organization ensures there will be no compromise of its fiduciary obligations in negotiating a transaction. The systematic approach to tenant representation includes client space analysis, market surveys, financial analysis of alternate opportunities and lease negotiations.

George Post has 20 years of experience negotiating acquisitions of office buildings and lease transactions for corporate clients. He served on the faculty of New York University Real Estate Institute, as a member of the board of directors of the CEO Council of Tampa Bay, the board of advisors to The Florida Orchestra, board of directors of the Tampa Downtown Partnership, board of directors of The Tampa Bay Chamber Orchestra, and president of The Tampa Club. He has been published in New York University’s Real Estate Review and The Production Handbook by The Ronald Press.
